Copycats..
I just recently found out that someone copied what I sell (my stocks) and almost copied all my Etsy shop policies that I took so long to come up with. - which is really frustrating cause all she did was copy and paste and edit some minor points. Its really unfair :(
What will you do if you found out anyone copying you?

the golden rock..
Citrine stones are believed to be a cheerful stone and bring luck to the wearer. It is also known as the "success stone" or "merchant stone" which promote and manifest success and abundance in all areas. Citrine can bring happiness to the person who carries or wears it. It can remove negative energy and bring positivity, so it's a good stone for reliving depression, self-doubt, anger, and irrational mood swings. I found two citrine rings that are made in the early 90's and they are perfect for any occasion. It looks good with jeans and a simple tee or even with an evening dress. what can be any better than a beautiful golden yellow rock on your fingers?
both can be found in the shop now :)

vintage Odd Fellows and Masonic rings...
I'm stocking these gorgeous and rad rings in my shop this week! Three Daughters of Rebekah rings and one Order of the Eastern Star Masonic ring.
I did some research on the rings and found out that Daughter of Rebekah is a fraternal order and a branch of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows and was founded on 20 September 1851. Their general philosophy is “To live peaceably, do good unto all, as we have opportunity and especially to obey the Golden Rule, Whatsoever ye would that others should do unto you, do ye even so unto them.” According to Wikipedia, they still exists today! which i think it's kind of cool that they exist for so long and their purpose is to do good for the people :)

vintage 1980's / 0.5 carat diamond ring
this large and gorgeous ring is up in the shop today!
The ring has a total of 37 diamonds and weighing 0.5 carats. There is a slight grey tint to a few of the diamonds because of very tiny natural inclusions inside them but they sparkle beautifully under light. Nothing can compare to the beauty of vintage rings..

A few of my favorite items
A couple of beautiful items I love and cherish :)
Two beautiful Georgian rings. The one on the left has a border of black enamel surrounding a sepia painting of a willow tree and an urn. The ring on the left is jet surround a locket of woven hair.
This is an antique locket with a beautiful painting of a lady on the left and her husband on the right. The locket was dented on the front and back when i found it but I still love it a lot.
the cat ring was made by myself and the Buddha pendant was from Chester era. The turquoise and seed pearl ring was made in the Victorian era and inscribed with the words "to Cassie from uncle". I found it during my first trip to London and it has been with me ever since.
The gold bracelet belongs to my grandmother and I got it from my mum when I got engaged in 2009.
Lastly, this chain was from my dad. The chain is over 40 years old but still in excellent condition. I've added my favorite antique cross (it came from Russia).
that's all :-) do you have anything you like or cherish? I will love to hear from you too! - please leave a link if you'll like to share :)

Native American jewelry
1970's vintage / Navjo jewelry / Native American turquoise ring // KACHINA
I've been fancinated by native American jewelry for quite a while now ever since I saw a gorgeous squash blossom necklace in an antique shop when I was in New York. The colors of the turquoise, the change in color of the turquoise due to age and the patina of the silver makes me so wanna own one, but it's really expensive almost 800 bucks! and I can't afford to spend that much since I'm getting my own flat soon and we are going to pay the deposit.... (oh wells)
*
I found this really cool ring recently and had it listed up in the shop! It's made by Frank Yazzie, a Navajo silvermith. Handmade in sterling silver, set with robin egg blue turquoise and have lovely details- one of the nicest i'd ever purchased. FYI, turquoise is the birthstone for December babies!
